RCMP secret records?

Tanya Tungilik is trying to get a copy of the historical sexual abuse complaint her father, Marius Tungilik, lodged with the RCMP about priest Johannes Rivoire. Both men are dead. But the RCMP still won’t hand over the complaint saying the family has to wait 20 years to access his records. Nunavut MP Lori Idlout (NDP) raised the issue in the House of Commons Monday.
