A powerful speech was delivered by NDP MP Mumilaaq Qaqqaq Tuesday night in the House of Commons. MPs not seeking re-election stood to say goodbye to their colleagues. Nunavut's representative said there are issues in the colonial structure that made her fearful in her time on Parliament Hill.
