Parliamentary committee studies effectiveness of federal housing investments

A Parliamentary committee continues to study federal investments in housing. The committee heard from Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services CEO Justin Marchand, who was asked how effective federal investments have been in meeting the needs of the communities he serves.
