Nunavut to lift some restrictions, reopen parks and playgrounds

Nunavut remains one of the few places on earth without a confirmed case of the novel coronavirus. The territory’s chief public health officer says some restrictions will start loosening next week. Dr. Michael Patterson says daycare and parks will start reopening.
