Nunavut premier on loosening of COVID-19 restrictions

Currently there are 23 active cases of COVID-19 in the Nunavut community of Arviat. That is one community of 2600 with almost as many cases as each of the Maritime provinces. Now, the Nunavut health department has decided to start lifting some quarantine restrictions on the community. Nunavut Premier Joe Savikataaq is one of the two MLAs who represent Arviat. We asked him how he thought this news would be received back in his hometown.
