Nunavut MP Mumilaaq Qaqqaq announces second leave of absence from her duties

Nunavut's MP Mumilaaq Qaqqaq announced on Twitter that she is taking a second leave of absence from her duties. Qaqqaq took leave in October of last year that extended into January due to extreme burnout and anxiety. APTN’s Kent Driscoll joins us to explain.
