Nunavut confirms fourth case of COVID-19, three communities affected

Nunavut has confirmed a fourth case of COVID-19, with three communities now affected. The newest case is in Arviat, just north of Churchill, Manitoba. The patient has symptoms serious enough that they were medevaced to Winnipeg.
