NTI vice-president says international trade bans on seal products impacts communities

A report on Canada’s seal population is being looked at by a Senate committee in Ottawa. According to Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. vice-president Paul Irngaut, seals are abundant in Nunavut but international trade bans on seal products has impacted communities.
