New NAFTA comes into force with little dedicated for Indigenous peoples

The new North American Free Trade Agreement came in to force Wednesday. Lobbyists tried to get an Indigenous chapter, but instead were left with just a short paragraph. Wayne Garnons-Williams says it comes in to play in a dispute between a foreign entity and an inherent right.
