Mother living in camper for three years highlights housing crisis in Pelican Narrows

A mother from Pelican Narrows in northeastern Saskatchewan is speaking out, hoping that more can be done to keep her and her children warm this winter. This is the second family to speak with APTN News about the ongoing housing crisis in the community.
