Mohawk Council of Kanesatake taking Quebec to court over “The Pines”

The Mohawk Council of Kanesatake says it's taking both the Quebec government and the municipality of Oka to court. It's to stop Oka from legally laying claim to "The Pines" - The disputed site at the heart of the 1990 crisis.
