MKO condemning Saskatoon police over incident involving citizen

Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak is condemning the actions of Saskatoon police over an incident involving MKO citizen, Evan Penner. Video of Penner being punched and tasered by police in Saskatoon over the weekend has caused major outrage. One of the officers is currently on leave. AFN Regional Chief, Kevin Hart, joins APTN National News to share his thoughts.
