Manitoba premier apologizes for comments on colonial history of Canada

Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister spoke to the media for the first time in over two weeks to apologize for his comments on the colonial history of Canada. In July, Pallister said colonists didn't come here to destroy but to build and defended his comments in the days afterward.
