Jessica McKenzie becomes first Miss Indigenous Canada

A woman from northern Manitoba has been crowned Miss Indigenous Canada. Jessica McKenzie from Opaskwayak Cree Nation and The Pas says she wants to use her platform to mentor Indigenous youth to strengthen community ties.
