Insight into testimony from two Thunder Bay police officers

Testimony has wrapped up at a Police Services Act hearing for two Thunder Bay police officers facing charges of neglect of duty and discreditable conduct. The charges are related to the officers' handling of the investigation into the 2015 death of Stacy DeBungee. Closing submissions will take place next week.
