Innu Nation says reconciliation has been attacked after $2.2 billion Muskrat Falls deal

The Innu Nation says reconciliation has been attacked after what they say is a backroom deal between Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador to give $2.2 billion to the over-budget Muskrat Falls hydro project. The Innu expected to get cash payments after the project's debt was paid off and now they worry they'll never see a cent from the agreement.
