Indigenous NDP candidate seeks election in Liberal stronghold Vancouver Centre riding

With the federal election nearing, Indigenous NDP candidate Breen Ouellette is seeking to represent Vancouver Centre as the next Member of Parliament and create positive change. The riding has been a stronghold for incumbent Hedy Fry from the Liberal Party since 1993.
