Indigenous filmmakers from Quebec come out on top at the Canadian Screen Awards

Indigenous filmmakers from Quebec came out on top at the Canadian Screen Awards, including Tracey Deer, who picked up two awards for her debut feature film Beans – a retelling of the so-called Oka Crisis through the eyes of a preteen girl.
