Indigenous addictions centre receives $21.6M boost

The Native Addictions Council of Manitoba’s aging building will be getting a $21.6 million upgrade. It’s still in the dreaming and planning stage, but executive director Theresa Crow Spreading His Wings says they are thinking big.
