A long and frigid winter is right around the corner for the remote community of Arctic Bay, Nunavut. But not every family there has enough cold weather gear. Koonoo Han, a local Inuk artist and activist, put a call out on Twitter asking for help to get school kids winter clothing. She never expected the response she received.
