Hearings begin to certify MMIWG class action against Canada

Monday was the first day of arguments to certify a class action lawsuit that alleges Canada is not doing enough to stop violence against Indigenous women in Regina. Diane BigEagle of the Ocean Man First Nation in Saskatchewan is lead plaintiff.
