Government announces $19.4 million investment in Indigenous education initiatives

Fresh off the fallout over the newly-proposed "Quebec values and citizenship" course, Quebec’s education and Indigenous affairs ministers joined the First Nations education council to announce a $19.4 million investment in Indigenous education initiatives.
