Gas station owners hailed as ‘hometown heroes’ following wildfire evacuation in Manitoba

Hometown heroes – that’s what some people are calling the owners of a gas station in Cranberry Portage, 7 hours northwest of Winnipeg. Amidst a wildfire evacuation, the owners of MnB’s Gas Bar stayed behind to feed those fighting to save their community.
