Flooding is taking its toll on First Nations in southern Manitoba

The flooding in southern Manitoba is taking its toll on several communities, including the Peguis and Fisher River First Nations north of Winnipeg. Doug Thomas is from Peguis, where 700 homes and about 1,500 people are affected. He joined APTN News to discuss.
