First Nation in the Yukon declares emergency due to drug-related deaths

A First Nation in the Yukon has declared a state of emergency after three community members died from drug-related causes last week. The Carcross/Tagish First Nation says it made the declaration in hopes it will help address the territory's ongoing drug crisis.
