Fighting Manitoba in court to pay back millions to CFS agencies

Child and family services advocates brought their arguments to trial Tuesday against the Manitoba government. They say the province should pay back hundreds of millions to CFS agencies taken over the years through the children's special allowance. Metis CFS organizations also have joined that fight. David Chartrand is president of the Manitoba Metis Federation and joins APTN National News to share what he is looking for in this week’s court proceedings.
