Feds announce $1.5 billion in funding to address pandemic unemployment

Trudeau announced $1.5 billion to battle unemployment with a focus on vulnerable communities. The money will go to provinces and territories for employment service centres already in place. This is his first step in his promise to bring employment back up to pre-pandemic levels.
