Federal government settles class action lawsuit over potable water on reserves

The federal government has settled a class action lawsuit over potable drinking water on reserves. The deal includes $1.5 billion to compensate more than 140,000 people who had to consume unsafe water. Stephanie Willsey is part of the legal team that worked on the deal.
