Family and friends hope to spark new leads in Leah Keeper’s disappearance

The family and friends of a woman who's been missing for a year in Winnipeg hit the streets to hang posters and talk to people living in the North End. They are being helped by a community patrol and hope to spark leads as to where Leah Keeper may be.
