Eugene Joseph’s partner says he struggled to access mental health supports

Eugene Joseph died in RCMP custody earlier this month in B.C. APTN’s Leanne Sanders spoke with Joseph’s partner Dawn Agno, who said the father of five had been struggling with the passing of his father and had difficulties accessing mental health supports.
