Elder from Arctic Bay celebrates 100th birthday

Qapik Attagutsiak an elder from Arctic Bay, Nunavut is celebrating her 100th birthday today. Attagutsiak has been called a living human treasure. She was honoured earlier this year at a ceremony at the Canadian Museum of History recognizing Inuit efforts in the Second World War.
