Devastating opioid-related deaths in N.W.T. community

The town of Hay River, N.W.T., has been experiencing devastating opioid-related deaths. With a population of roughly 2,400, Hay River is known as the hub of the north. Health officials are dealing with a surge in carfentanil and fentanyl detected in street drugs.
