Deadly burst of water from Cleveland Dam in B.C. ruled as human error

Human error has been ruled as the cause for the deadly release of water from the Cleveland Dam last week in North Vancouver. Wilson Williams, councillor for the Squamish Nation, says his Nation has been asking for safety measures on the dam for years.
