Alberta declares state of emergency due to increase in COVID-19 cases

Alberta has declared a state of emergency because of an increase in COVID-19 cases. Thousands of surgeries have been postponed to free up health staff and 90 per cent of COVID-19 patients in ICUs are not vaccinated. Tamara Pimentel joins us from Calgary with the details.
