AFN National Chief Perry Bellegarde announces he’s not running for re-election

He's been the national chief of the Assembly of First Nations for six years, but this morning on social media Perry Bellegarde announced he's not running for re-election. He joins APTN National News to share why he chose to announce his decision now.
