A Yukon First Nation holds by-election after series of council departures

A Yukon First Nation will be holding a by-election after two councillors announced their resignation last week leaving only the chief and deputy chief in leadership. As APTN’s Sara Connors explains, the resignations are just the latest in a series of council departures.
