$1.5 million in funding announced for new warming spaces in Winnipeg this winter

Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson joined End Homelessness Winnipeg to announce $1.5 million in funding to create a space with 150 new overnight beds for those in need this winter, guided by a coalition of local Indigenous organizations.
