Judge rules against injunction to stop shale gas exploration in New Brunswick

APTN National News
A judge in New Brunswick has ruled against an injunction against SWN resources.

The injunction request came from the chief of Elsipogtog First Nation.

Arren Sock asked the courts to stop the Houston Company from exploring for shale gas in the area.

After the decision was made, lawyers and the media came out to meet the media.

With his councillors by his side, Sock said the community is now exploring its options.
