Finance Minister Bill Morneau will announce as early as Tuesday morning where the government plans to go with Kinder Morgan to ensure the controversial Trans Mountain pipeline expansion will be built.
Finance Minister Bill Morneau told the House of Commons Tuesday that he will deliver the federal budget March 22.
Last year, Morneau and the Liberals put up $8.4 billion over five years towards mostly First Nation on reserve programs.
