Yukon government puts $4.2 million toward reconciliation

Governments says it will seek input from First Nations on how money will be spent

The Yukon government tabled a record-breaking budget last week.

Among the figures was $4.2 million earmarked for reconciliation with First Nations.

But as APTN’s Shirley McLean reports, none of that money will be spent on supporting the implementation of the Truth and Reconciliation recommendations.
