Winnipeg shelter partners with Fringe Festival to raise cash for programs

A play by a Winnipeg homeless shelter is being featured at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival.

The Siloam Mission hopes that by showcasing its theatrical skills, it can raise cash for programs.
