Victim’s family shocked federal prison system kept serial killer Pickton in general population

Since the release of serial killer Robert Pickton’s book earlier this week via Amazon.com outrage has spread and questions are being asked about how the convicted serial killer was able to get the book out from behind prison walls.

APTN’s Tina House brings us this story from family members of the victims who say they were shocked to hear he hasn’t been kept in isolation.
