University teams up with Winnipeg artist to change ‘Perceptions’ of Indigenous people

It was an art campaign a decade in the making.

But it took a racist comment from the wife of a mayoral candidate in Winnipeg to come to life.

Today the artist is reflecting on the campaign and teaming up with the University of Winnipeg to keep momentum going.
