Tribal leaders in the US join alliance in Canada to fight tar sands expansion, XL pipeline

An alliance has formed to help fight the expansion of the Alberta tar sands.

Chiefs from Canada, along with Tribal leaders met in Rapid City, South Dakota to sign the Treaty alliance against pipelines.

The idea is to join forces to help stop the tar sands and the XL Keystone pipeline.
