Tommy Prince memorial vandalized again

Sgt. Tommy Prince served in the Second World War and in Korea.

He is the most decorated Aboriginal solider in Canadian history.

A memorial was dedicated to him in Veteran’s Park in Winnipeg.

But earlier this week, someone knocked it over.
