The impacts of Tina Fontaine’s death, one year later

Monday, will mark a grim anniversary. It will be one year since the body of 15-year-old Tina Fontaine was pulled from the Red River in Winnipeg.

Her murder remains unsolved but the impacts of her death continue to be felt today.

Dennis Ward will look at some of those affects.
