Tears of relief at Iqaluit airport as crew of stranded fishing vessel return home

The Inuit in Nunavut know about the power of the environment and every community has a story of someone they’ve lost to it.

That’s why when an Inuit-owned fishing vessel out of Iqaluit hit ice last week and everyone feared the worst.

All hands returned home safely over the weekend and APTN was there.
