The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says it has not made a decision on whether to allow the Dakota Access Pipeline Limited to burrow under Lake Oahe with an oil pipeline, but it is evicting hundreds of people from a camp that has been fighting the project since the spring.

The eviction notice was sent late Friday.

To some people on the ground in North Dakota it changes nothing.

Others want President Barack Obama to step in and call the Army off.
