Six Indigenous leaders and artists receive Order of Canada

Six Indigenous people were honoured with the Order of Canada Thursday in Ottawa.

For the first time, the ceremony was held outside of Rideau Hall.

And despite the cloudy, windy day, the weather didn’t faze the governor general or the recipients.
