Sisters in Spirit champion Tolley honoured with award

Some of the movers and shakers fighting for women’s equality are being honoured in Ottawa.

The Femmy Award is handed out annually by a number of human rights organizations.

One of this year’s recipients is a First Nation woman from Kitigan Zibi, Que.
